Target is launching “Circle Week” on July 6–12 – a weeklong sale strategically timed to compete with Prime Day. This promotion is available in Target stores, on Target.com, and in the Target app, featuring major deals across the store. Early access begins July 5 for members of Target’s paid Circle 360 loyalty program, then opens to everyone July 6.

Expect “must-have items for summer, back-to-school essentials, beauty, home and more” on sale, according to Target. In fact, Target says Circle Week will have “additional savings on school supplies, electronics and more” – they’re even holding the line on 2024 prices for 20 key back-to-school items like notebooks and a $5 backpack to entice early shoppers. This means shoppers can score deals on kids’ gear and home office needs alongside personal buys.

Some specifics haven’t been announced yet, but based on past Target deal events, you can anticipate: fashion finds for the family, discounts on beauty and self-care products, home décor sales, and possibly big-ticket items (Target often marks down small appliances, vacuums, etc., during these events). All orders can be fulfilled in whatever way is convenient – in-store, online, with same-day services like Drive Up and Order Pickup – making it easy to snag bargains.

Insider Hint: Circle Week overlaps with other retailers’ sales, but Target is starting a bit earlier (July 6) to capture shoppers first. If you have a Target RedCard or use Target Circle offers, stack those for extra savings on top of the sale prices. And watch Target’s site on June 26, as they often drop a preview of featured deals a week or so in advance (so you can plan content around any especially exciting finds).

Final Word: This is one of the best weeks of the year to stock up, prep for fall, and snag gifts (yes, even early holiday shopping). Stick to your budget, plan ahead, and don’t be afraid to set a few alerts.
